Paul Ince – Good move for Blackburn

Congratulations to Paul Ince on his appointment as Blackburn boss.
Ince has done the right thing in working his “apprenticeship” to management at Macclesfield and MK Dons last season saw him get them promoted as champions and pick up some silverware in the Johnstone’s paint trophy.
I think he’ll do a good job at Blackburn and continue the progress Mark Hughes has already brought to the club.
First thing he needs to do though is convince some of the clubs better players to stay on.
With rumours about Santa Cruz, McCarthy and Bentley all rife at the moment Ince will want to clarify their positions ASAP.
